Special Meeting/Workshop

1. Convene: 4:30 p.m.
2. Public Comments: None
3. District Performance Objectives (Superintendent's Pay for Performance)
   Minutes: Marc Baron, Chief of Performance Accountability, reviewed the revisions that were requested at the last District Performance Objectives workshop.
   
   Mrs. Burdick questioned the percentage for American Indians.
   
   Dr. Robinson suggested keeping the baseline comparison group as white and all other subgroups, including Asians, will be compared against them.
   
   Dr. Benaim requested clarification that the Superintendent's bonus will be automatically paid every year.
   
   Dr. Robinson stated that she feels it is important for the Board to have a public discussion about the data annually.
   
   Dr. Baron stated that the data will be included in the Academic Business Plan.
   
   By consensus the Board agreed the Superintendent Pay for Performance data will be reported to the Board in the Academic Business Plan and automatically paid to the Superintendent when calculated.
   
   Board Members were in consensus that the alternative assessment results and FCAT cells will become part of the report and a separate report will be created for alternative assessments.
